Additional exhibitor registrations above and beyond the complimentary allotment included with exhibit or sponsor contract.
Exhibiting companies receive 3 complimentary registrations per 100 net square feet (nsf) of paid exhibit space (example: 20’x20’ = 400 nsf = 12 comps). A custom discount code will be provided by event management. Additional exhibitor registrations are available for a fee as shown above.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registered attendees may cancel and receive a full 100% refund if they cancel on or before April 1, 2024. No refund or credit of any type will be provided for cancellations received after April, 1 2024 (within 30 days of the event). Cancellations must be made by the registered attendee by contacting BNP Event Registration at TQSsouth@executivevents.com
SUBSTITUTIONS: If you cannot attend, a substitution may be made from your company without penalty. Contact TQSsouth@executivevents.com to make a substitution.
